Configuring resolution, FPS & bitrate

Depending on the network you might need to configure the resolution, frames per second (FPS) and bit rate so that it fits your network. This can be done from Configuration - Configuration - Video/Audio (look at the attached screen shot below)
GovComm PTZ cameras have 3 streams - Main, Sub and Third stream. Make sure you configure and connect to the right stream.
